Hello, I’m Kristen.

 

With 15 years’ experience in graphic and spatial design, a keen eye for beautiful things and a desire to balance things as a mother of three, I’m excited to share Few & Far Design with clients and collaborators.

 

I began my journey as a designer with a degree in Spatial Design, after which I learned the art of bringing life to blank space as a Display Designer for a well-known department store. Graphic Design then grabbed my attention, and I went on to spend nine years as a designer for a boutique advertising agency; gaining enough experience to cover the full design spectrum as a designer - producing work for New Zealand brands, big and small.

 

From logos and branding, advertising and print collateral to packaging, signage and web design, I bring a versatile skill set with experience across the whole design process; from concept right through to production.

 

While I get a kick out of designing beautiful things and working with my clients to achieve their creative vision, I also bring extensive practical knowledge to the delivery of all projects. My experience has seen me produce work for various industries - including beauty, construction, government, hospitality, property and retail - while utilising both traditional and digital media as required.

 

I am open to projects of all shapes and sizes, and I also proudly collaborate with a network of doers and dreamers to deliver projects that require project management, copywriting, strategy or website development.
